Yoga is wondeful for you. Like any repetitive motion practice, you can get injured if you are not using proper alignment. Watching someone teach and making sure you are hearing it correctly and interpreting it in your body properly is difficult. I can help you learn a few alignment principles that will really help you do your yoga at home safely and confidently.
