About Lisa:
Hello! My name is Lisa Brazeau. I have been teaching alignment based Hatha Yoga for over 18 years now. I received my training through the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago. I am E-RYT 500 hour certified through the Yoga Alliance. I also hold a certification of YACEP, so I can give you continuing education credits for my workshops. I will help you slow down, listen to your body, and give you the tools to bring your body back to balance, whatever that means for you. I have been happily married to my husband Nick for 23 years. We have loved raising our children here in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
